In this episode, I’m sharing the one practice that has consistently changed the trajectory of my life: intentional belief work. I talk about why we feel stuck, why we self-sabotage, and how unexamined thoughts quietly recreate the same results over and over again. Using my garden analogy, I explain why we can’t expect new dreams — careers, businesses, goals — to grow if we haven’t prepared the soil first. This isn’t about toxic positivity or bypassing real challenges; it’s about expanding agency where we can and taking responsibility for the beliefs shaping our reality.
I also walk you through the simple 3-step thought work process I personally use:
Step 1: Thought Download – Write out everything you’re thinking about a specific topic (no filtering, no judging).
Step 2: Run the Model – Identify one heavy thought, look at the feeling, actions, and results it creates, then choose a new believable thought that leads to a different outcome.
Step 3: Cultivate – Reinforce and practice the new belief until it becomes your new baseline.
If you’re tired of feeding your inner gremlins and ready to create different results, this episode is your reminder that when we shift our thoughts, we shift our lives.
