I explore how self-critical narratives often develop over time and why making yourself the problem can leave you believing you need to change who you are before you can create the results you want. Through examples of traits such as being bossy, controlling, anxious, or lazy, I illustrate how reframing your perspective on yourself creates space for greater self-acceptance, self-responsibility, and more intentional change.
