Brandon Bal-Lance is the Owner and Creative Director of Bal-Lance Salon & Academy in Saratoga, California, as well as an award-winning hairstylist, professional educator, and editorial artist. His career spans color, cutting, styling, hair health, education, and salon development.
As a Schwarzkopf Professional National Educator and Advanced Vidal Sassoon Artist, Brandon has traveled across the country educating beauty professionals while continuing to work behind the chair and mentor emerging talent. At Bal-Lance Salon, he has made developing the next generation of artists a priority through structured education, mentorship, and a junior artist program designed to bridge the gap between beauty school and the salon floor.
From artist to educator to salon owner, Brandon brings a unique perspective on building a sustainable career in beauty and preparing the industry’s next generation for success.
