Renée Jones spent 40 years on the Diet Yo-Yo learning every diet – and every cheat — before overcoming emotional/stress eating to reach and maintain her goal since 2012. She shifted to Low-Carb in 2014 and has lived Keto since 2015 – and LOVES it.
She has a Master’s degree in Counseling, a Clinical Residency, and training in contemporary models of care. She has a book: What’s Really Eating You: Overcome the Triggers of Comfort Eating and a TEDx talk.
