How does a farm kid from Australia end up working aboard superyachts, traveling the world, helping people plan cruise vacations—and coaching F45 in South Florida?
On this episode of the Donut Shop Podcast, I sit down with Adam Shelton, someone I originally got to know as one of my coaches at F45.
But there’s a lot more to Adam’s story.
We go back to his childhood growing up in Australia and talk about farm life, sports, leaving home, his journey into the world of superyachts and megayachts, and what life is really like working aboard luxury vessels.
We also get into travel, his work helping people plan cruise vacations, Australia vs. America, fitness, coaching at F45, and the unexpected turns that took him from an Australian farm to where he is today.
It’s a conversation about travel, taking chances, hard work, fitness and what can happen when you’re willing to follow an unconventional path.
