It's not possible to understand the mind of Christ by human reasoning. Saint Paul says (1 Corinthians 2:10b-16) that the things of the Divinity are understood through the Spirit.
God’s Spirit helps us recognize what is true. Jesus’ word has real power to free, heal, and command the darkness to leave.
Therefore, we ask to be filled with His Spirit. Helping us understand what comes from God, trusting His authority, and letting His word bring freedom and peace into our lives.
As in the Psalm today, we praise the Lord as gracious, merciful, faithful, and just. Ave Maria! Come, Holy Spirit, come! To Jesus through Mary!
Here I am, Lord; I come to do your will. Please give us the grace to respond with joy!
