He has a fascinating journey from being obese with a BMI of 38 to competing in over 50 full and half marathons and completing three Ironman 70.3 (Half Ironman). Ironman triathlon is one of the toughest endurance race ever and it involves swimming 3.86 km in open water, 180.25 km of cycling and 42.2 km (marathon distance) of running, all done sequentially in a single day.
