Richard Veach: From Bankruptcy to Building a $75M Business

Richard "Rick" Veach knows what it feels like to succeed, lose it, and have to build all over again.

At 35, Rick says his net worth had reached $5 million. By 36, it had fallen to negative $1.5 million. He went through full bankruptcy with three young children at home and had to return to an industry he'd previously left just to begin rebuilding.

But that wasn't the end of his entrepreneurial story.

Today, Rick is the founder of Bottless Nation, an employee hydration company he says is on track for approximately $75–80 million in annual revenue. The business has roughly 360 team members, 30 direct offices, its own manufacturing capabilities, software operations, financing infrastructure, and a growing presence in Canada.
