She came to the United States at 17 searching for the American dream, built a career in corporate America, became an entrepreneur, made millions with her husband and then, as Digna shares in this conversation, lost it all in 2016 after realizing they lacked the financial education needed to protect what they had built.
She rebuilt.
Today, Digna says her insurance agency has generated $37 million in the last 18 months, while helping aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly immigrants and members of the Latino community, build businesses of their own.
