In this Episode, I am joined by Aaliyah Unia, a woman of many talents but in this episode we focus specifically on her fitness journey. We learn about the difficulties she faced that were essentially the starting points for her journey, we speak about the realities of self care, the role of mental health in physical fitness and wellbeing and Aaliyah shares some tips for those of us who want to have a better relationship with our physical states, our diets and getting out of that ‘tomorrow’ mindset.
