On 16 May 2006, 32 year old aspiring screenwriter Rey Rivera disappeared after receiving a phone call and suddenly running out of his Baltimore home. A week later, his body was discovered inside the historic Belvedere Hotel beneath a hole in the roof. Although authorities believed Rey died by suicide, the medical examiner ruled the manner of death undetermined due to the unusual circumstances surrounding the case.

On the podcast, we take a look at multiple theories that could explain Rey's death, we also try to find any reason why Rey would have been targeted.
