She has represented the U.S. at the World Mountain and Trail Running Championships and is known for her resilience after surviving a life-threatening fall early in her career. Hillary is the author of Out and Back and is currently pursuing a master’s in applied sport psychology, where she focuses on the mental side of endurance performance. Through her coaching, writing, and speaking, she blends science and experience to help athletes build both physical and mental strength.
