This will be our 8th retreat!  It has been way too long since we have been able to gather in sisterhood and it is time to get back to the sacred circle. 

This Fall, join me for  a (1) Full Day Retreat!

Inviting in sacred rituals, various styles of yoga, breath work, journaling, creative expression, and healing modalities will initiate a journey of awakening your authentic self and living your best life.  Fall invites us to move inward and reflect, in order to release and restore.  Join me to tune in and listen to your intuition​, to ground yourself and clear your mind; to peel back the layers so you can fully step into who you are. 

This magical day will be full of REAL connection, self discovery, and nourishment.
