Dean shares his journey from moving heavy cruisers and adventure touring rigs to completing a grueling 4,000-mile solo endurance loop of the UK coastline on a tiny Honda. 

We also explore Dean’s recent clockwise trek around the entire coast of Ireland in a utilitarian Tuk Tuk, complete with wild, unexpected roadside encounters, Irish hospitality, and a late-night accordion session in a hand-built yurt.

Beyond the machinery, this is an incredibly honest conversation about mental health. Dean opens up about his personal experience with a sudden anxiety breakdown, the psychological tools that helped him take back control, and his ongoing work as a facilitator for the UK-wide charity Andy’s Man Club. We also discuss his role as an ambassador for Boot Out Breast Cancer and how community support can carry you through the toughest miles.
