If children are to get the most out of school, the educators themselves must rediscover inspiration and purpose in their work. Steve Farber is joined by Dr. Jim Wipke, superintendent of the Ladue School District in the St. Louis, Missouri area. He shares how he discovered his burning passion to teach, what inspires him to keep teaching, and how he inspires learners and fellow educators to continuously expand their knowledge. Dr. Jim also talks about the beauty of leading by example, being comfortable with your vulnerabilities, and building trust through authentic relationships.
