We've worked together for more than two years, but I learned some things about him for the first time during this conversation—including that he has a graduate degree in music, his wife is a singer, and his kids play music too!
We get into so many fascinating business lessons around curiosity, second opinions, patience, and pursuing goals that take years to accomplish. Austin shares why he uses a different word instead of "problem," tells me about his curiosity journal, and we talk about the courage it can take to ask for another perspective.
