In this episode, I talk about why it's NOT selfish if you need alone time, and how to find it (even in the busiest lives). For me, I need space to hear my own thoughts, to organize my life, to know what I want/need, and to know the next steps. I've found TRUTH in the adage that when you look after yourself first, you — and everyone around you — will be richly rewarded.

I also share practical tips about traveling alone, and important reminders if your solo-cation is just a few minutes at the coffee shop down the street!
