Malynda stars in the upcoming drama film Bull Street as LouEster Sadie Gibbs, alongside Oscar-winner Amy Madigan, Loretta Devine, Arielle Prepetit, and Gary Ray Moore.
The film follows the story of an Ivy League lawyer challenging her family's claim to their longtime home, and small-town attorney LouEster Sadie Gibbs must fight a courtroom battle that pits privilege against legacy. See more on the film HERE.
Bull Street has premiered at multiple film festivals, including thePan African Film Festival and the Sarasota Film Festival. Malynda also completed production on her second film, Au Gratin, starring Tiffany Daniels, Loretta Devine, and Jay Donnell. Additional projects for Malynda include the photo/video web series “Black Voices Heard”(chronicling the experiences of Black Americans and seeks to amplify the experiences of Black Americans), the podcast #WeNeedToTalk (diving deep into hot topics + current events), and an array of uplifting music (adult contemporary genre).
