Living a balanced life has been one of my personal biggest struggles. There were (and, let's be honest, often still are) quite a few things in my life that I was just doing too extreme, or was completely neglecting. Over time, these imbalanced habits and behaviors manifest in all kinds of diseases and general unwellness. In this week's episode, I want to share with you my main tips for how I was able to resolve so many of these issues and create a muuuch more balanced life for myself!
