Sleep Hypnosis to Stop Emotional Eating & Night Cravings
Welcome to tonight’s session. In this guided sleep hypnosis, we focus on breaking the automatic cycle of stress eating, late-night snacking, and sudden food urges while you drift into a deep, uninterrupted rest.
During the day, stress, fatigue, or unexpressed emotions can often broadcast a form of internal "static" that feels remarkably like physical hunger. This session helps your deeper mind establish a quiet, automatic pause between the signal and the action. By learning to distinguish between true hunger and emotional static, you allow yourself the space to choose a healthier response effortlessly.
What to expect in this episode:
Gentle progressive relaxation to prepare your mind and body for sleep
Guidance on identifying emotional static versus true physical hunger
Visualization tools to open up new, supportive choices when cravings arise
A continuous transition into full, overnight sleep
How to listen:
Settle into a comfortable position in bed where you can lie back undisturbed for the night. There is no need to try to stay focused, analyze the words, or remember anything. Simply allow your body to relax and let your mind drift off whenever it is ready.
Note: Please ensure you are in a safe, comfortable environment and never listen to hypnosis tracks while driving or operating machinery.
