On the Lithuanian-Soviet border towards the end of the Second World War, Rhys Ifans and his band of scavenger Nazi collaborators are feeling a little peckish, and a young Hannibal Lecter and his sister Mischa are on the menu, setting in motion a terrible chain of events that will result in the making of a monster. 

But before enacting his brutal revenge plan, the now teenaged Hannibal must first pop over to France to fall in love with his aunt and then become Doctor Ninja-man/Steven Seagal before he became a waddling dickhead!
