Melaka's 28 state seats are up for grabs when polling day takes place Nov 14th. Its election is also shaping up to be an important test of Malaysia’s political alliances ahead of GE16, with Barisan Nasional, Pakatan Harapan and Perikatan Nasional negotiate seat allocations. Dr Oh Ei Sun, Principal Adviser at the Pacific Research Centre, shares his analysis on these developments.
