ENG#54 Jessica Sunnebo EdenHill – From Business Model to Life Model

Dela

This conversation with Jessica Sunnebo Edenhill is not just a story about starting a place—it’s a story about learning to listen to life. From a life shaped by city, career, and structure, toward a more place-based, relational, and exploratory way of living and working. Eden Hill in Tiveden is emerging as a living experiment—where nature, people, and ideas meet and evolve together.

What becomes clear is that regenerative entrepreneurship doesn’t begin with a business model—it begins with a shift in perspective. From control to listening. From growth to aliveness. From individual to community. Here, the business becomes a result of relationships, the conditions of place, and a desire to create more life—not just reduce harm.

The conversation moves between the deeply personal and the systemic. From life choices, divorce, and new direction—to food systems, local economies, and societal transition. Somewhere in between, a different understanding of what “value,” “growth,” and “impact” actually mean begins to take shape.

Three takeaways:

* Regeneration starts with relationships—to place, to people, to yourself

* Small local initiatives are not small—they are the building blocks of a new system

* “Return” can be aliveness, meaning, and more living relationships

CTA:Listen to the episode and reflect: what in your life or work are you trying to control that actually wants to be listened to?

Regenerative question:What would change if you started building your work from what wants to grow—rather than what you think you should create?

Besides the podcast, you’ll soon find — Q2 2026 — an educational program on how to build a regenerative business or create a sustainably functioning company.

The interviews will continue to be freely available to everyone, and we truly appreciate any kind of support — whether through subscribing or contributing financially in any way.

Some reflection episodes, which will form part of the educational material I’ll start publishing this fall, will be available exclusively to paying subscribers. If you want to listen to those — this is a good time to become a subscriber!

In addition to the interviews, there will be a learning program open to everyone, but I’ll also mix in deeper-dive episodes on specific topics, which will be reserved for paying subscribers.
