"Christian" Band Tours With Bible Burners?!

Stop me if you've heard this before. A formerly self-proclaimed Christian band starts performing alongside a band with openly blasphemous music. And when you take a closer look at the band's current theological positions, you begin to see something else: a gradual drift away from a distinctly biblical worldview. Sound familiar? We've seen this story before with artists like Amy Grant, Jon Steingard, formerly of Hawk Nelson, Kevin Max, formerly of DC Talk, and others within the Christian music industry. The latest to engage in this apparent Christian music pastime is the formerly professing Christian metal band Fit for a King, who are now touring with an openly blasphemous band, Motionless in White, whose song titles include “Dead as F***,” “Immaculate Misconception,” “Thoughts and Prayers,” and no this is not in a positive light. And upon further research, it does seem like the theological drift was the precursor for them singing next to scoffers and mockers while claiming to still have a relationship with Christ, which we will examine today.
