Currently serving as a Community Specialist at Independence Village of Petoskey with StoryPoint, Heather works closely with families to guide them through important life transitions, helping them understand retirement living and the continuum of care. Her ability to combine compassionate communication with strategic thinking has contributed to sustained success, including maintaining over 90% community occupancy for several years and achieving full occupancy through innovative outreach and education initiatives.

Heather holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from Davenport University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Lake Superior State University.
