We talk about everything from menstruation and female sexuality to yoga, mental illness, parenting, astrology and everything in-between. Nothing is off limits, because everything is weaved into the experience of womanhood.
I've been holding women's circles for many years and have seen firsthand the healing that occurs from sharing, witnessing and holding space for each other. My intention is to bring that same energy to the podcast online space.
