Coinciding with Tu B'Av, the Jewish festival of love, the Jerusalem Moon festival will take place July 28th and 29th among the alleyways and historic buildings of the Kfar Shaul mental health center in Jerusalem’s Har Nof neighborhood. The festival, which is open free to the public, features music, theater, circus arts, visual arts, puppet theater, workshops, and more.
