Nigel holds a PhD in Plant Physiological Ecology from the University of Toronto and has spent a decade leading cannabis operations across Canada and Europe, from large-scale indoor facilities managing hundreds of staff to early EU-GMP export programmes shipping flower to the UK and Germany. He has published 24 peer-reviewed papers with over 1,100 citations and brings an ecosystem-first approach to how cannabis facilities are designed, run, and scaled.
