Steps

-Notice the thoughts coming or make this part of your night time routine when you get into bed

-Soften the body as much as you can

-Put your hands on your body where you feel it or just on your belly and chest

-Start to take deep breathes

-Count with the breath or use a mantra that makes sense to you

-If the thoughts leak in, start the breath and mantra over.
