We have the lovely comedian, story-teller, and stop-motion animator (!!!) Angel Yau with us today. Angel is a self-described shy person who great up in Queens, NY. We talk about her fitness journey (which includes a lot of us just being really excited that she took up fencing because of a crush), and how depression gets in the way of so many things - in this case, maybe getting on that dang Peloton Bike?
