🎃 It's Halloween night, and the party's just getting started…IN HELL! 👹
SPOOKTOBER continues on the All-American Spookshow as we're heading back to the glorious '80s for one of the wildest Halloween horror cult classics ever made—NIGHT OF THE DEMONS (1988)!
Directed by Kevin S. Tenney and starring Amelia Kinkade, Linnea Quigley and Cathy Podewell, NIGHT OF THE DEMONS follows a group of teenagers who decide to throw a Halloween party at the abandoned Hull House, a creepy old funeral home with a seriously disturbing history. But when a séance unleashes an ancient evil, the partygoers find themselves trapped inside with something far worse than a Halloween hangover!
Josh, Tiana & “Professor” Brian Smoak sink their teeth into this outrageous '80s horror favorite, discussing its unforgettable characters, creepy atmosphere, outrageous practical effects, demonic possessions, killer soundtrack and some of the most iconic scenes in Halloween horror history!
We'll also dig into Angela's legendary dance sequence, Linnea Quigley's infamous lipstick scene, the film's wonderfully sleazy '80s charm and whether NIGHT OF THE DEMONS deserves a permanent spot on everyone's annual Halloween watchlist!
Is NIGHT OF THE DEMONS one of the ultimate Halloween party movies? And does this demonic cult classic still deliver nearly 40 years later?
So grab your costume, crank up the music and head on over to Hull House…just don't expect to make it home before sunrise! 🎃👹
