This bold modern reinvention follows the sheltered Carrie as she enters public high school, encounters vicious bullying and begins to understand her frightening telekinetic powers. Flanagan, the filmmaker behind The Haunting of Hill House, Midnight Mass, Doctor Sleep and Gerald’s Game, serves as showrunner, writer and director.
The cast includes Summer H. Howell, Samantha Sloyan, Siena Agudong, Amber Midthunder, Alison Thornton, Josie Totah, Matthew Lillard, Kate Siegel, Rahul Kohli, Katee Sackhoff and Heather Graham.
