In this episode, Allie digs into how the New Age drives self-worship and is affecting women today through bizarre beliefs. Like Eve in Genesis, women face the temptation to exchange God's truth for a lie. The cost of exchanging God for the self is that sins are justified, and children are sacrificed in the name of autonomy. Allie looks at “spirit babies” and “star seeds,” which are beliefs in the pre-existence of the soul. These ideas are examples of secular dualism, and Allie looks at how many use these ideas to justify abortion and offer comfort to those who have chosen to murder their unborn babies. After looking at the roots and the fruit of these ideas, Allie responds with Scripture and looks at what is actually true. The episode concludes with a conversation with Natasha Crain, author and apologist responding to a viral video. Natasha will be at Share the Arrows along with Alisa Childers to equip women and offer clarity and discernment combating tempting worldviews like the New Age.
