Fifteen years as a physio, seven of them in the public hospital system, a side hustle online course, and a Coke can business at school - Caleb is not your average clinic owner.
In this episode of the Grow Your Clinic podcast, Jack O'Brien sits down with Caleb Gray, founder of Click Physiotherapy in North Brisbane, to unpack one of the most honest and practical clinic origin stories we've heard on the show. Caleb shares why he'd tell new grads to stop worrying about burnout and start worrying about not learning fast enough, how a mentorship with a chiropractor gave him a 50 to 1 return on investment, and why he built an online Achilles Academy course before he ever opened a clinic door. He also gets real about the hire quickly, fire quickly philosophy, what the vision of five clinics in five years actually looks like, and why his clinic's slogan - hope through movement - isn't just marketing copy, it's the whole point.
If you're thinking about starting a clinic or in the thick of building one, Caleb's story is the kind that makes you want to get back to work.
