1989’s The War of the Roses is undeniably a classic. The 2025 remake The Roses, however, is probably not destined for the same fate. Even though the cast shines, the story is lacking a lot of the…well, war of the Roses. It’s worth exactly one watch (preferably on a plane) and not much more.
