In this episode, Tara and I chat about the evolution of her clinic and the business decisions that helped it grow. She shares how operating as a rehabilitation-only clinic was not economically viable in the long term, leading her to expand her services to include general veterinary offerings.

Tara discusses the remarkable growth of the practice, from a team of 8 employees to 28, and from a 4,000 m² facility to a 16,000 m² purpose-built clinic. She also shares the thought process behind designing the new facility from the perspectives of the patient, client, and staff experience, and how this has helped reduce stress, improve workflow, and create a better environment for everyone who walks through the doors.
