In this episode, I reminisce (is that really how you spell it?) about a lesson I learnt back in year 9 or 10 English and link it to both a university course I did on Communication but also a very recent seminar by EGJJF (www.egjjf.com) representative and Rickson Gracie black belt Mr Michel 'Babytank' Verhoeven (https://www.babytank.nl/en/) where we discussed, among many things, passing modern guards.
