Issue 668: Clone Saga TV Series? & Lanterns Ep. 7 "The Jordan Boys' Legacy" Spoiler Review

Chalice is back on th podcast! She joins Jong and Michael to discuss episode 7 of Lanterns. The trio discuss the series' themes of generational trauma, whether the writing of John was forced for certain moments in the 2026 timeline, the new angle that creates even more suspects in the Hal investigation, John's love for Outkast, the Hal storage box reveal, how Sinestro could factor into the season finale, what Hal was doing on [redacted], the beginnings of a friendship, why Chalice wants to take out one certain side character, & more.

Plus, the trio discuss some breaking news regarding Sony Pictures Television's latest attempt at a Spider-Man Universe series on Prime Video just a few weeks after Spider-Noir was cancelled. This series will supposedly be an adaptation or inspiration of the Clone Saga storyline from the comics but focusing on Ben Reilly and Kaine Parker. Is Sony just throwing ideas up against wall hoping something works? Are we excited for another non-Peter Parker or Miles Morales led feature?

Also, did Jong, Michael, or Chalice watch Avengers Endgame Encore this past weekend? If not, why?
