Share a thought, ask a question 🩵

Have you ever known something was off, but couldn't tell if it was intuition, fear, anxiety, or someone else's voice?

In this first episode of a 3-part journey, we look at the what: the real reason your inner knowing feels so hard to hear.

Intuition is quiet, subtle, and felt in the body, but when your nervous system is in some spectrum of survival mode, it's scanning for danger instead of tuning to that quiet channel.

It's not a wisdom problem. It's a receiving-the-signal problem. I share my own journey through autoimmune disease and explore the link between nervous system regulation and intuition, plus a gentle first step to start tuning back in.

  • Your intuition is a soft voice in the next room, and fight-or-flight is a fire alarm in the room you're standing in. The voice never leaves. You just can't hear it over the alarm.
  • Your body is the bridge to your intuition, your original intelligence, but chronic pushing through, scrolling, and self-doubt disconnect you from it. And the closer you get to your own truth, the louder the distractions tend to get.
  • This week, just notice (no fixing): When do I feel most cut off from myself? What state is my body in, and are there certain activities that leave me more dysregulated?
