Episode 3 starts off with a look at the way we come together and the way we say goodbye. How much of this behavior is learned and culturally acceptable? Enter Minnesota Nice and Iron Fist Detroit and how much does this collective thought and feeling affect the overall ether being created in a sports town, a team, or organization? The fear of offending can hinder great growth. Ruffling, Disrupting, and Offending are oftentimes great stewards of necessary change.

Mart and Dave take us through some of their own coaching journeys. Climbing the ladder and taking the sidewalk are known paths to going somewhere, but spending time in the wilderness and taking the side door also provide great insight and perspective when it comes to teaching, coaching, and leading others.
