Bonnie is growing up and becoming increasingly interested in technology, especially Lilypad, a new interactive tablet. Jessie and the other toys worry that traditional playtime—and their place in Bonnie’s life—is disappearing.
When Jessie and Bullseye become separated from the group, Woody returns and teams up with Buzz to help find them. Meanwhile, the toys encounter a group of unusual new tech-related characters and a whole new batch of Buzz Lightyear figures.
