Bear, a shy young man hopelessly in love with his longtime friend Nikki. Desperate to win her heart, he uses a mysterious supernatural object known as the One Wish Willow, wishing that she would love him more than anyone else in the world. His wish comes true—but the affection quickly twists into something terrifying. As Nikki's devotion becomes increasingly obsessive and violent, Bear realizes that some desires come with horrifying consequences, forcing him to confront the dark price of trying to control another person's heart.
