An independent journalist present at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, recorded the event on his video camera. Now, he's being charged by the federal government with a number of crimes, not the least of which is racketeering. That journalist, Steve Baker is with us today. He recounts what he saw just over a year ago and discusses what the government is doing to him now and why – they don't like what he has to say about January 6 nor his footage of that day. He also discusses those who have been incarcerated and held for the past year with no trial.
