For years, progressives and leftists have shouted praise for protests, occupation of buildings, and disruption of schools – all in the name of democracy. But now, when their ideological foes are protesting, it's a threat and must be stopped. It becomes nearly impossible to march in lockstep with a group of people that keeps changing directions and doesn't bother to tell you. The only thing constant in this are the double standards. Or massive flippage, as John calls it.
