How do you discern the call of God on your life? Sometimes hearing from God can feel difficult. This week, Pastor Jon led us through Acts 16, and the requirements we need to hear God’s call for us.
1. We need closed doors. While they can initially seem like lost opportunities, how you navigate closed doors can be what your calling is contingent upon.
2. We need word from God. God often speaks to his people through the Word itself, along with through biblically wise people, dreams, and the Holy Spirit.
3. We need a willing heart to go. God grows a heart that is willing to go, and is waiting on our yes and surrender to his plan.
Don’t be a Christian who just professes faith, but one who also possesses faith. Remember that faithfulness is the prerequisite to a word from God. We’ll see you next Tuesday, Paradigm! 🕊️
