Fear around boundaries doesn’t always shout.
Sometimes it whispers through hesitation, tension, or difficulty saying no.

In this guided Yoga Nidra, we can explore the fear of boundaries through deep relaxation and embodied awareness. Rather than pushing fear away, this practice supports you to meet it gently, through the body, breath, and grounded presence.

This session includes:

• A full body scan to calm the nervous system
• Rooted breath awareness and earth connection
• Exploration of permission and refusal as felt experiences
• Symbolic inner imagery to strengthen clarity and self‑trust

This practice may support you if you are navigating anxiety, people‑pleasing patterns, emotional intensity, or shifts in self‑expression.

It is a space to rest.
To feel.
To reconnect with your inner steadiness.
