On this Constitution Day, it’s time we recognize that judicial supremacy is a legal fiction and must be confronted.  Nowhere is this more evident than with immigration policy. I sit down with immigration attorney John Miano (Center for Immigration Studies) to expose how hypocritical courts and the acquiescence to their capricious decisions have stripped away America's sovereignty.  John shows how pretty much every meaningful reform on immigration has been mowed down in the courts.  However, the same courts that say the president cannot enforce sovereignty have also ruled against John’s clients who sued Democrat presidents for illegally expanding immigration without Congress.  He explains why the judiciary has become a one-way street and a dead end for conservatives in general, and pro-sovereignty patriots, in particular.  The fact that Republicans won’t lift a finger to codify a single order show why the Republican establishment secretly prefers it that way.
