Hello friends, welcome to another Deep & Sexy episode (Stillness). During our hectic, active and distracted lives it feels like it’s harder and harder to find stillness inside. I am personally very curious so it feels like my mind is always on. For that reason I build in moments of peace and silence into my days. I find the most awareness and even creativity during those moments. Imagine walking outside and hearing absolutely nothing……where in the world is that even possible?
