40 per cent of Irish people have put off applying for their driving test, according to new research from insurance brokers Gallagher. 

This figures rises to 45 per cent among 18 to 24 year olds, with a quarter citing lack of time or being too busy. We get reaction to these figures with Brenda Bolger, Owner of Bolger Motoring School.
