Want to decrease the impact of the daily grind?  These are my five small changes that can make a big impact for you. 

  • Have green tea in the morning instead of coffee.
  • Get a new pillow
  • Wake up 10 minutes earlier
  • Stretch in the morning
  • Have a healthy shake for breakfast
